Return Policy

Products can be returned to C-Level Technology, LLC (“C-Level”) for a full refund if the product was purchased from our website and it is returned to us in its original, unopened packaging. C-Level does not offer any refunds for opened products. Additionally, C-Level does not offer refunds for any product that has been custom engraved with text and/or logos. In the event that you receive any item other than that which you ordered due to a shipping error, then C-Level will exchange the item for the correct item and will cover additional shipping charges, provided that the item was purchased from our website and it is returned in its unopened original packaging.

In the event of customer error (such as ordering the wrong item, or the wrong color), C- Level will exchange the product, provided that the item was purchased from our website and it is returned in its unopened original packaging. In this event, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
